Syblon Reid is an employee-owned ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) company that has extensive experience in self-performing work and managing construction response efforts of suppliers and subcontractors. Much of Syblon Reid’s extensive experience includes modifications/repairs to hydro generation and conveyance facilities, including: dams, spillways, abutments, low level outlets, outlet towers, radial gates, siphons and check structures, flumes and bent substructures, canals, and dam surveillance facilities; replacement of slide gates, penstocks, penstock shut-off valves, and powerhouse PRVs; improvements to dam gallery accesses and crest gates; emergency response services; etc.
